Chelsea playmaker Cole Palmer has been left out of England's World Cup squad for the summer World Cup in North America.
The England international started the season in an unconvincing fashion due to a nagging groin issue and has not recovered to find consistency.
He did make the Three Lions squad for the last set of international friendlies, but won't be travelling with the team for the World Cup.
Alongside Palmer, Manchester City playmaker Phil Foden has been excluded. His absence does not come as a huge surprise too.
Foden has fallen out-of-favour for a starting spot at Manchester City which has contributed to his omission for the World Cup.
Manchester United defensive duo Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw are set to miss out too. The former is said to be gutted by the decision.
Maguire has been one of the Premier League's best centre-backs this year but he won't be travelling to North America this summer.
