Serie A heavyweights Napoli have been left stunned by Chelsea's valuation of striker Marc Guiu.
The Naples outfit recently secured the signing of Benoit Badiashile on an initial loan from the Blues.
During the negotiations, the club also enquired about the availability of Guiu, who has been out of favour.
However, Chelsea's hierarchy surprised them by mentioning that the Spaniard won't leave for less than £25 million.
Guiu has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Blues, and he is widely expected to move this summer.
As things stand, a loan departure looks more likely, given there are no suitable offers on the negotiation table.
Everton and Leeds United were linked with him earlier this summer, but neither has made a formal bid thus far.
Como are another club to watch out for. They have already signed Trevoh Chalobah on a permanent deal from the Blues.
They could yet make an offer for Guiu before the transfer deadline.
