Manchester United midfielder Youri Tielemans looks set to return early from Nations League duty with Belgium.
The 29-year-old recently starred in the 3-0 win over Turkey in the Nations League, but he also picked up a yellow card in the game.
This was his second in three matches in the competition and this will trigger an automatic one-game ban against France next week.
Hence, Tielemans won't be involved in a playing capacity against Les Bleus and could be permitted to return to United early as a result.
This is an obvious boost for the Red Devils, given Tielemans has been a key starter for the club since his summer move from Aston Villa.
Carlos Baleba has fully recovered from an ankle issue sustained before joining the club, but may have to wait longer for a maiden start.
The Cameroonian could make his United debut off the bench against Spurs. The Red Devils host the London outfit at Old Trafford on October 10.
