Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta looks set to unleash Eberechi Eze as a left winger against Leeds United in the Premier League.
The Gunners will be without the services of Christos Tzolis tomorrow following his hamstring injury while playing for Greece.
As a result, Arteta needs to find a different makeshift solution for the left wing against Leeds and Eze looks the perfect answer for him.
The Englishman has already started twice in other competitions as a left winger and has also been praised by the manager too.
Arteta recently said he is very comfortable operating from the position and added that his biggest moments have come from the role.
Hence, the 28-year-old is a frontrunner to fill the void left by Tzolis and has the chance to make the position his own in the coming weeks.
Eze's career at Arsenal has not flourished as planned and it remains to be seen whether he can capitalise on the surprise chance.
