Arsenal have a clear stance on signing Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott ahead of the winter transfer window.
The Gunners explored a deal for the England international last summer, and they made an enquiry to the Cherries.
However, Bournemouth made it clear that the 23-year-old was not for sale and did not change their stance until the deadline.
BBC Sport now claim that Scott could move in January, given that he has no plans to extend his contract expiring in June 2028.
The Cherries want to secure the best price for their midfielder and they plan to demand at least £100m at the start of the year.
Arsenal have been linked with the Englishman many times, but they have reportedly moved on from the Bristol City graduate.
The Gunners spent big on landing Newcastle United captain Bruno Guimaraes, who has made an instant impact in the league.
The Brazilian has already scored a couple of winning goals, and Arsenal have no plans of pursuing another marquee midfielder.
