Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Piero Hincapie and Christos Tzolis will be out of action for a couple more weeks.
Tzolis sustained a hamstring injury on international duty earlier this month and has since missed two matches for the Gunners.
He has made good recovery from the setback and Arteta said that it may not be longer than a few weeks before he makes the pitch.
Similarly, Arteta feels Hincapie has excellent recovery levels and has backed the Ecuadorian to make the field in a week or two.
The news is a huge boost for the Gunners, given they are set for a hectic schedule during the festive period, which could decide the title race.
Arsenal are currently three points behind Manchester City at the top of the league standings and will be aiming to keep up with the pace.
Man City have an easier game against Ipswich Town. Arsenal could be six points behind before they face Nottingham Forest away on Sunday.
