New Blackburn boss Paul Ince has revealed that he will be taking managerial life in the Premiership very similarly to one of his mentors - Man Utd boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ince said: “The lessons I have learned from Sir Alex are about his standards. That’s the main thing I can say about him.



“The characters, the choice of people he picks, his people around him, the aura about the man. I don’t want to say too much or I’ll give his secrets away.



“But he’s a fantastic boss and it’s no coincidence that he’s got so many ex- players now managing in the Premier League.”
