Spain have moved on top of the FIFA World Rankings after completing their Euro 2008 victory; their first trophy in over 44 years in Austria and Switzerland.
England's absence from the tournament saw them fall six places to 15th - just a month after re-entering the top 10 - while Scotland are only one spot behind them.
Northern Ireland are down one in 33rd, the Republic of Ireland (41) are up one with Wales (54) dropping a place.
World champions Italy are second in the rankings, with Germany's appearance in the final lifting them to third, ahead of Brazil, Holland and Argentina.
