Blackburn for Kazim-Richards?

Blackburn for Kazim-Richards?

04 July 2008 - 15:42

Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince is ready to test Fenerbahce's resolve for impressive striker Colin Kazim-Richards this summer. It is understood that the player is already eager to return to England, and most importantly the Premiership.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • Kazim-Richards had a successful spell with Sheffield United in the Championship, but the lure of a transfer move to Turkey was too much for the striker to resist.

Kazim-Richards was undoubtedly one of Turkey's best players in Euro 2008; and regularly showed he was comfortable performing on the biggest stage of them all.

For Fenerbahce to even consider letting one of their prized assets leave, it is understood the club are only willing to listen to offers in excess of £5.5 million.
