Former Manchester United player Eric Cantona is said to be seriously considering a move back to his former club but as a coach.
The Sunday Express reveals that Cantona would very much like to consider the job as assistant to Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford. At the moment Cantona is directing and appearing in films and is also involved in beach soccer.
But Cantona's long standing wish is to coach Man United and with Carlos Queiroz almost certain to take up the Portugal ofer, Sir Alex could be tempted to induct Cantona as his number two in a view to make his successor when Sir Alex decided to retire from management.
