Galatasaray interested in the Beast

Turkish giants Galatasaray have expressed their interest in signing the Brazilian international striker Julio Cesar Baptista from Real Madrid.

Galatasaray president is actually said to hold talks with the Real Madrid board over the signing of the Beast and there are reports suggesting that the deal could be finalised inside days should the player himself agree to terms and conditions.



Baptista has been said to be not wanted by Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster next season although Baptista played a huge role in Real Madrid's title success last season.



The Brazilian international midfielder is also wanted by Chelsea and by AS Roma.
