Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has reportedly made Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim one of his primary summer targets. It is understood that City will be paying Chelsea £2 million for the Israeli defender.
Formerly of Bolton, Ben Haim has struggled to find his form at Chelsea that saw him become one of the most feared defenders in England.
Mark Hughes is a long-term admirer of Ben Haim; previously attempting to land the player whilst boss of Blackburn.
Man City are expected to make a formal offer on Friday afternoon for the player.
