Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien has called on talented Ivory Coast international striker to follow his lead and sign a lucrative new deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge for the coming few seasons.

    "If he can make up his mind it will be good for us. He knows what he wants so it is up to him.



    "We have one of the best coaches in the world. He has a different way of working so hopefully things will work for us."
