Fulham for Romagnoli?

29 July 2008 - 17:39

It is understood that Fulham could be set to make an offer for Argentinian youngster Leandro Romagnoli; one of the most consistent midfielders in Argentina. Romagnoli is valued by his club at around £4 million.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Fulham boss Roy Hodgson has already spent £11 million this week on signing Andy Johnson from Everton, but the veteran coach is keen to add some creative players to his midfield in preparation for next year.

It is understood that Fulham chairman Mohammed Al Fayed gave Hodgson a massive £17 million budget to sign new players, and there is still plenty left in the coffers to bring in more new blood.
