Mark Hughes has admitted that Israeli defender Tal Ben Haim is a target for Manchester City. The player is reportedly keen to leave Chelsea for another Premiership club.

It is understood that City will be paying up to £5 million for the player this summer.



"We have made a bid," said the manager.
