Mutu won't quit Romania

Fiorentina and Romania international striker Adrian Mutu has vowed that he will not be looking to quit international football any time soon. It was rumoured Mutu was looking to focus on his club commitments.

“Honestly I was very surprised to read that I was angry with the Coach and wanted to quit the national side,” Mutu said.



“I can guarantee that I have never said anything like that and I'm absolutely not thinking about it. I haven't argued with Piturca.”
