Valdo had Blackburn offer

Espanyol winger Valdo has revealed that he had the opportunity to sign for Blackburn Rovers in the summer transfer window, but decided to stay at the club.

"Espanyol rejected the offer and I was not going to go and try and force a move.



"I am grateful that clubs showed interest in me, but I am very happy here. This is my second season and I am feeling a lot better about things."
