After Frank Lampard scored an incredible goal against Hull City at the KC Stadium on Wednesday night, Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari believed that Frank Lampard deserves to win the World Player of the Year award.
Scolari felt that the Lampard goal was one of the best goals he has ever seen.
"My vote for World Player of the Year is for Frank. Only he could score that goal," Scolari said in The Sun.
"Itâs one of the best goals Iâve seen. Thereâs only one player with this quality to score that goal.
"To have that intelligence to see the goalkeeper and to finish like that, I think itâs one of the best Iâve seen in my football career.
"Heâs an intelligent player. I donât see any player the same as Frank â itâs a fantastic for a coach to have a player like him."
