Blackburn Rovers are considering a January transfer window move for Sebastian Kehl, the Germany international who has spent the majority of his career at Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.

Kehl has at Borussia Dortmund since 2002, and at one time was regarded as among the best young players in the Bundesliga.



Since 2006, Kehl has struggled with injuries and form, but in the last few months he has returned back to some of his best form.



The 28 year old is valued at around £5 million by his club.
