Bakircioglu eyes Ajax exit

01 November 2008 - 11:49

Swedish midfielder Kennedy Bakircioglu is reportedly desperate to leave Ajax this January, after becoming frustrated with his lack of first team opportunities at the Amsterdam giants.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Bakircioglu, despite a bright start to his life at Ajax, has been consistently overlooked by his coach, and now wants to make a move as soon as possible.

"It's difficult to accept it, but there's no future for me at Ajax," he told AT5. "I didn't come here to warm the bench, so we need to find a solution. I want to leave as soon as possible, because this situation isn't helping anybody."

It is understood that Bolton and Hamburg are ready to make an offer for the Sweden international.
