Luciano Spalletti, the troubled Roma coach, has insisted that he will be staying at the club, despite a remarkably bad start to the season which has seen the Romans slip to six defeats in Serie A.

The Roma coach says: "My future is in Rome.



"Regardless of everything, my future will be in Rome. Even beyond this job, this city will see me often.



"I am happy in this city and my children also are happy here."
