Ince 'has five games to save job'

07 December 2008 - 16:09

Blackburn manager Paul Ince has accepted that he probably has only five games to save his job at the club. Ince's side suffered a defeat at the hands of Liverpool, and now face a tough looking christmas run in.

  • Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace, Evans starts
  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal

  • Ince quipped: “People can’t say that the players don’t want to play for the manager. We haven’t won but I’m smiling because they’ve shown they are playing for me.

“Getting that win is going to be hard but we have got five cup finals coming up – and today we were exceptional.

“I can’t fault anyone. Every one of my players was fantastic.”
