Everton are apparently ready to make a loan offer for Manchester City striker Jo. The Brazilian has endured a difficult start to live at the City of Manchester Stadium and could be farmed out to Everton for six months.

Everton boss David Moyes is desperate to find a suitable replacement for the injured Yakubu, and Jo has been cited as one of the potential temporary successors.



However, Man City are not yet ready to let the player leave permanently, and will only consider a loan offer for the striker.
