Tottenham reject Giovanni dos Santos is looking set for a move south, after reports had emerged that Spurs have agreed a fee with Tony Adams' side Portsmouth for the Mexican international's signature.

Despite Spurs only signing Dos Santos in the summer from Barcelona for a reported 4.5 million GBP, Portsmouth are prepared to match that to bring the striker the club.



There are believed to be other clubs interested though, one of which is believed to be Spanish side Villarreal and Premiership minnows Stoke City.
