Promotion favorites Burnley are ready to make an offer for Rangers' winger Charlie Adam if they are promoted to the Premiership this summer.

Charlie Adam has already appeared for the full Scotland international side, and spent the last year on loan at Blackpool.



The 22 year old is regarded as one of the best young prospects in Scotland, and the likes of Kilmarnock, Fulham and Birmingham are also ready to make a move for the Rangers player.



Blackpool are also interested in signing the player on a long term basis.



The fee suggested is in the region of £2 million.
