Rangers are beleived to be interested in signing Paraguayan international centre back Paulo da Silva from Deportivo Toluca in July.

Rangers boss Walter Smith is actively scouting the talented 29 year old defender, and has already projected a summer transfer move in the region of £1.5 million for the Paraguayan.
