Lucas Biglia is the latest name linked with a move to Premier League football from Belgian Anderlecht. He is touted as the next Mascherano by football pundits, the youngster is highly rated in his home country.
The latest reports suggest that Aston Villa are lining up a bid for Biglia, but, Birmingham will offer an eleventh hour bid to add competition. The defensive midfielder is rated £7m.
