Edgar Barreto to Lazio?

Reggina midfielder Edgar Barreto has emerged as a target for Serie A side Lazio this summer, after Reggina now are set to play next season in Serie B.

Barreto is valued by his club in the region of £3 million.



"It's not something new that Lazio like Barreto," said a well known Reggina director.



"I think that right now Lazio must solve the problems related to who will be the coach and then think about the future.



"I would say that the amount is around €7- or €8 million. This is an evaluation based also on the contacts we had with other clubs.



"The player is an important one and with us he has been doing well for the past two years."
