Pape Diakhate is a target for Blackburn, according to reports from the Ukraine. The Senegalese centre back has spent the last two years playing for Dinamo Kiev and has impressed many of Europe's top scouts.
The 6 foot 1, 24 year old centre back has also been a target for a number of clubs in Italy, including Atalanta, Siena and Lecce.
However, Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce is believed to have made a £1.5 million offer for the Senegalese international and is hoping to bring the defender to the club in July.
