Fulham have landed Stefano Okaka from Roma. The deal comes as a six month loan package, but with the option of a further one year on top. It is believed the deal could be worth £2 million to Roma.
Fulham had been looking for cover for Bobby Zamora, who is to miss a period with injury.
"If the player reaches an agreement with Fulham, he will go to England on loan for the next six months, with an option of extending his stay for the following year," Okaka's agent, Domenico Scopelliti, said.
"Roma and Fulham appear to have reached an agreement on a loan deal."
