It is understood that Arsenal target Lacina Traore will be offered a trial at the Emirates shortly. The forward has impressed for Romanian side CFR Cluj, and the Gunners have been monitoring the forward for over 3 years.
Arsenal are weighing up a £3.8 million deal for the player that they hope will keep their title challenge on track.
Traore reportedly said of the potential transfer to Arsenal: âIt would be a dream for me to get to play on a team so great. I have a chance there because Arsene Wenger relies heavily on young players. It is sensational to hear Wenger is watching me. I could be a success in England. Even though I am still young, I have a lot of experience and a lot of ambition.â
