Wigan boss doesn't need to sell

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez has announced that his club have not told him he has to sell before he can buy, after a few high profile stories regarding the futures of Charles N'Zogbia and Hugo Rodallega.

Martinez said: "We don’t have to sell anyone to balance the books. That means we have to keep our best performers until the end of the season. We will be the first ones to help the players to get to the best level in world football."



Wigan have been linked with the signing of Waldo Ponce today.
