Rafa Benitez to quit Liverpool

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has told close friends that he will be accepting the exit package proposed to him by the Reds. It is understood that Benitez will be ready to quit the club he guided to Champions League glory, as he is putting his name forward for the vacant job at Inter Milan.

    It is understood that Benitez has already planned to accept the mutual termination agreement offered by the club.



    At this time, there has been no official word from Liverpool about who Benitez's successor may be.
