Many reputable football news websites are writing that Martin Petrov, currently of Man City, is interested in a move to Bolton Wanderers. The Trotters will approach Petrov once his contract expires.

The Bulgarian will be without a contract on July 1st, and with City yet to offer him a fresh deal; the player is concerned and looking for employment elsewhere.



The signing of Andrew Johnson last year spelled the beginning of the end for Petrov, who will begin talking with clubs in the next two weeks after his summer vacation.
