Chelsea's terrible run of 1 win in 6 has seen a barrage of speculation in the press that states boss Carlo Ancelotti could be looking for a new job come January.

Ancelotti remains defiant that he is the right man for the job, however, did confess that the decision is only up to the club.



The Italian said: "It's not my decision. It's the decision of the club.



"Usually when you have a difficult moment you want to find out who is to blame. But we don't have to search to find out who is guilty."
