Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi may still yet stay at the Yellow Submarines for 2011-2012, after Barcelona had their first offer for the Italian forward rejected. According to reports, that offer was 25m GBP.
"We are aware of an offer from Barcelona, but we were also told it was considered insufficient," Pastorello had told La Graderia.
"We haven't spoken to anyone for over a week. We know the Blaugrana are negotiating with Villarreal, so all we can do is wait for news from the two clubs."
