De Bruyne heading to Chelsea?

Belgium starlet Kevin De Bruyne may soon be on Chelsea's books after a Belgian report suggested that the attacking midfielder has agreed a switch for 5.5m GBP for the player.

The 19 year old is regarded by many to be one of the most talented young players to come from the country for many years. De Bruyne already has one cap for his country.



The player can play anywhere in the midfield or up front and Chelsea have been scouting the Genk player for over a year.
