Chelsea have entered the race for Portuguese full back Fabio Coentrao. The 23 year old international defender has been linked with a move to Madrid, but new Chelsea boss Villas-Boas has made Coentrao one of his top targets.

It is understood that Fabio Coentrao's club, Benfica, would let the player leave for a fee in the region of 15m GBP.
