Arsenal yet to bid for Gervinho

Lille have revealed that Arsenal have not yet made an offer for Ivorian forward Gervinho, despite reports that the Gunners have been discussing terms with the French club.

"We know that Gervinho is keen on Arsenal. For the moment, there has been contact, but we have not received a concrete offer yet," said Lille in a statement.



It is understood that Arsene Wenger has been drawing up a list of targets that he will be making offers for during July.
