Liverpool boss quiet on rumours

Liverpool boss quiet on rumours

02 July 2011 - 04:43

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish remains tight lipped regarding Anfield transfer activity, insisting that he will not comment on the futures of any of his own players or any potential transfer signings until they are official.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Liverpool have been monitoring several players this summer, including Charlie Adam, Stewart Downing, Diego and James Milner.

"There's no point asking about anybody because we're not going to talk about them, and we never have done," said the Scot on Sky Sports.

"Managers don't talk about individuals and I think that's the right way to be."

"We are not going to speculate on any players we have or any players anyone else has. There has been plenty of talk in the newspapers and if you read them and believed them, we'd have a squad of about 300 next year."
