Talk of Per Ciljan Skjelbred making a move from Rosenborg to Fulham has been rejected firmly by the agent of the player.
Per Ciljan Skjelbred is eager to make a move to Arsenal, according to reports emanating from Norway this morning. It is understood that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is a fan of the young Norway international, but is not yet sure whether to make a bid for the player.
Blackburn Rovers are believed to be close to completing a move for Per Ciljan Skjelbred. Paul Ince has confirmed his admiration for the Norway international, and is set to pay £7 million for the Rosenborg youngster.
According to a source high up at Rosenborg, Per Ciljan Skjelbred will be staying in Norway with the Whites for another season; despite the interests of Newcastle in the international midfielder.
Per Ciljan Skjelbred could be set for a move to Newcastle. The Rosenborg man is up for grabs for a fee believed to be in the region of around £3 million, and Newcastle are desperate to land the talented attacking midfielder.
