Barcelona suitors for Leandro Damiao

Internacional striker Leandro Damiao is a surprise target for Barcelona, according to reports from Spain this morning. That will be a huge blow for Tottenham, who have been tracking the Brazilian for over six months.

Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola has instructed his scouts to prepare a dossier on the Brazilian forward, who has impressed in the last two seasons for his club.

There has been talk of a 12m GBP offer from Tottenham but a move failed to materialise.

It is understood that Internacional value the forward at closer to 17m GBP.
