Leon Britton pens new Swansea City deal

Veteran midfielder Leon Britton has signed a brand new contract with Swansea City. The Welshman has extended his deal for a further one season.

The team captain has enjoyed a recall to the club's first team so far this season and the club have repaid the player's faith in Swansea City with the reward of a new contract.

Britton had been expected to retire at the end of the last Premier League campaign but instead opted to stay with the Welsh side.
