Manchester United midfielder in advanced talks to join European giants

Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera is reportedly in advanced negotiations over a Bosman move to Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.

The Spain international has been with the Red Devils since the summer of 2014 and during this period, he has notched nearly 200 appearances for the side across all competitions.

Despite this, there have been concerns regarding his future with his existing contract expiring in three months' time and according to AS, he could be heading through the exit door in the summer.

Herrera has been in a contract standoff with the Red Devils over the past year with them reluctant to match his wage demands and this seems to have placed Les Parisiens in an advantageous position to land him.

The French champions are currently willing to offer Herrera with a £145,000-a-week contract and that remains £50,000 more than the package placed on the table by the Red Devils.
