Manchester United quoted price to sign Paris Saint-Germain star

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly told Manchester United to part with a sum of around £26m to secure the services of Thomas Meunier this summer.

The Belgian has been heavily linked with the Red Devils in the past few weeks with the club seeking to strengthen the right side of the defence.

According to RMC Sport, Les Parisiens are said to want at least £26m for their full-back and United could face competition from Chelsea and Arsenal for the player's signature.

Meunier is presently close to entering the final year of his contract with the French champions and he has hinted about a fresh challenge with his struggles to cement a regular starting role at the club.

United are expected to part ways with Antonio Valencia once his contract concludes in the summer and there are doubts whether Ashley Young and the out-of-favour Matteo Darmian have futures with the club.

Diogo Dalot remains the other viable option to feature in the position but reports have indicated that Ole wants an experienced signing to compete with the Portuguese.
