Barcelona have reportedly offered the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal with the chance to sign Philippe Coutinho for a reduced fee during the summer.

The Brazilian fell out-of-favour with the Catalan giants at the beginning of the season and he was hence loaned out to Bayern Munich for the campaign.

Coutinho has since contributed nine goals and eight assists across all competitions for Bayern but the German side are expected to decline the option to sign him permanently for around £102m.

According to The Sun, the Blaugrana are likely to sanction the permanent departure of Coutinho when he returns to the Camp Nou at the end of the campaign.

The same outlet claims that they have informed several interested clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal, who are eyeing attacking reinforcements ahead of next season.

The Blaugrana initially landed the signature of Coutinho from Liverpool for £108m two years ago but they appear set to make a loss on the player with the current financial situation due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Coutinho could be available for a reduced sum of around £75m and that should appeal the Premier League duo and especially the Blues, who should have additional transfer funds, having made no signings in recen transfer windows.
