In the La Liga, Barcelona gave Frank Rijkaard the worst possible send off at the Camp Nou as Daniel Guiza scored the winning goal as Mallorca won 3-2. Elsewhere, 2nd placed Villarreal continued their impressive form, champions Real Madrid drew 2-2 at Zaragoza and Atletico Madrid secured a priceless victory.

A wonderful attacking performance from Valencia saw off Levante as David Villa grabbed a hattrick whilst Angulo and Mata helped out the striker who is linked with a move to Tottenham in the summer.
Real Zaragoza 2-2 Real Madrid
Zaragoza's future remains hanging firmly in the balance after the Champions Real Madrid came to town and left with a point. Oliveira and Sergio scored for Zaragoza, whilst Robinho and van Nistelrooy scored for the Madrid giants.
Osasuna 2-0 Murcia
Dady and Juanfran scored the goals that moved Osasuna out of the relegation zone and ended four losses on the spin.
