And so the transfer window is now closed as of August 30th 2011... but there is sure to be plenty of activity in the coming months as the big clubs line up their targets for the January transfer window.

Tottenham have approached Bruno Uvini with regards to a summer transfer move.
Chelsea have turned their attentions to Man Utd youngster Paul Pogba.
Sunderland want to offer Kevin Davies a short term contract at the Stadium of Light; and could persuade the Bolton man to join before the end of the month.
Wigan have made a move for Marti Crespi.
Liverpool have been considering a move for Valencia player Pablo Hernandez, and hope to wrap up a deal before the end of the month.
Everton could sign Kostas Manolas from AEK Athens, as the Toffees are fast approaching an agreement with the Greek side.
