Valencia consider offers for Silva
The Spanish club Valencia has already set a price tag for the top striker David Villa. They have announced that they are willing to listen to offers for young attacking midfielder David Silva who is highly rated in Spain.
The president of Valencia football club, Agustin Morera, stated that the club is willing to consider offers received for David Silva and David Villa. The club has set a price tag of £17M for David Villa, which is considered to be very low for a player of his quality.
David Silva has been the spark in the Valencia midfield for the last two seasons, and is considered as one of the best young talents in Spain. He is a regular first-team player for the Spanish national side.
Morera insisted that Silva is an essential member of the team and is currently indispensible and untransferable. He also informed that they want to improve the club, and will listen to offers received for Silva.
"We will consider the offers we may receive for our players, because we are a very polite Club. If they pay the rescission clause, we can’t do anything else. If we receive an offer, the technical secretary and the coach will consider it. Silva is 21 years old, he wants to be here and we want him to stay. I hope he stays here forever. It is our hope."
