Italian giants Juventus have added one more player to their enlarging squad by signing midfielder Cristian Poulsen from Sevilla.

Juventus have agreed an 8 million pound deal with the Spanish club and have also decided to give Poulsen a 2.2 million pound contract.

Poulsen is a versatile midfielder who can play on the wings and can even team up as a defender. His arrival would not only enlarge and deepen the Juventus squad but also increase the midfield options for Juventus coach Claudio Raneiri.

Juventus are planning to launch a rampage on the Italian Serie A next season as well as succeed in the UEFA Champions League. They have managed to hold onto the bulk of the team that featured last season and the new signings are adding force to the Old Lady of Turin’s charge to silverware next season.
